Invoices for shipments outside of IL in which Chicago Stream Media does not have physcial or economic nexus will not include sales tax unless Chicago Stream Media is obligated by the ship to state’s current economic nexus thresholds. Invoices will note this accordingly and in such cases Chicago Stream Media’s customer/buyer should adhere to local/state use tax compliance to report and pay such taxes as applicable. If dropshipper / supply chain network has physical nexus in the ship to state, Chicago Stream may itemize a collectible tax amount paid to the destination state .
